I can collect or deliver material to most areas of Penwith. Source material can also be dropped off or picked up at the contact address (please give prior notification).

Posting Your Material
Posting your material
You are advised to use a delivery service requiring 'signature on delivery' when sending your source material to me. Any disputes regarding loss or damage of your goods during transit should be taken up directly with the delivering company.
Media should be sent in padded envelopes.

I use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service for all packages providing signature on delivery, web-based tracking facilities and insurance.
I will send your copies and original material together but an additional copy will be kept on my hard drive until you have confirmed both receipt and that you are satisfied with the work. My copy will then be deleted.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. I reserve the right to vary my prices at any time. However, once an order has been placed and payment received, you will not incur any additional costs unless you change the specifications of the agreed order.

Any material you supply to me will remain confidential at all times and will not be made available for any third parties to view. I will not disclose any information provided by you to any third parties. I will not use any of your material to promote my business without your permission.

I cannot be held responsible for the condition of your original material. I cannot be held responsible for any loss of your material due to old age or material defects. I cannot be held responsible for any damage to the material which occurs during transit.
Whilst I take the utmost care of materials whilst in my possession, my liability in relation to loss or damage, is strictly restricted to the raw replacement value of the item(s) itself, and not the content contained therein. Where possible, clients should ensure they have adequate back up copies of materials sent to me.

The CD/DVD disks that I produce are high quality, industry standard DVD-R and DVD+R disks. I use Taiyo Yuden CDs/DVDs (widely considered the best of this media type) and Fuji MiniDV tapes. In addition I use Verbatim DVD+R(DL) discs.
If upon receipt the DVD does not play in your DVD player please notify me immediately and I will endeavour to rectify the matter. However, you should be aware that DVD-R and DVD+R disks are not 100% compatible with all DVD players.
It is your responsibility to treat your media with care as I cannot be held responsible for media damaged through mishandling.
